Three people and a radiator

The three you would ask, and the one that was fixed on Tuesday.

Nobody could say what was still open.

Not because the building is large. Because the answer sat in three places and none of them stayed current. Some of it on the super's phone. Some in the office voicemail. One email read on a Saturday, in a hallway, and never opened again.

A shared sheet holds all three on the day somebody builds it. It stops being true by the second week, because keeping it true means entering what already came in through another door.

The office calls a tenant to apologize and promise a visit about the radiator. Then calls the super to ask why it takes three days to get this done. The radiator has had nothing to complain about since the super fixed it on Tuesday.

Can you track everything from one place, or does finding out mean asking three people and a radiator?
